Teaching is something that I enjoy doing a lot.
The way I conduct my lessons depends on many factors. However, most of the time I try to keep it lively and as fluent as possible, and I try to use whatever we are learning to engage in a meaningful conversation with my student so that he or she can see how she can contextualize the new language or vocabulary from the lesson. At the same time, I try to help them use language and vocabulary that would be more natural for a native speaker, and I try to introduce everyday expressions, idioms, and phrasal verbs that can help them express a point even better.
I like outdoor activities; when I’m not teaching, you can find me at the beach, fishing, swimming, or just walking with my wife and dog. I also like doing scale modeling, and sometimes I go on short trips.
