I hold a degree in education from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, a TEFL certificate, and have recently finished an advanced teaching specialization diploma. I have taught and tutored in schools and online for over 5 years now. My love for teaching, however, began many years ago when I discovered that I enjoyed helping others learn and reach their potential. 

I try to create a comfortable learning environment by being patient and understanding so that my students feel calm during the learning process. This is necessary to learn new knowledge while correcting our mistakes in pronunciation, and grammar and enriching our vocabulary. I want to remove the fear of learning English from you. 

My interests include yoga, hiking, reading, sewing, and learning about other cultures.
