My name is Slobodan Stoyanovich, and I am an online ESL teacher by profession. I have a Master's degree in teaching. I graduated from the Faculty of Education in Prizren, moved to Leposavic, Kosovo, Serbia. I decided to become a teacher because I believe that this social role is of great importance for society as a whole. This is an ever-changing field in which teachers must constantly learn and improve in order to meet market demands. I have been teaching English online for over 3 years, primarily to students from Japan of all ages and levels of language proficiency. Although most of my students were Japanese, I also worked with students from other East Asian countries, such as Taiwan, South Korea, and Thailand. I like to base my lessons on the progress of my students, build on existing knowledge and ensure that everything I teach is supported by examples and worksheets so that everything is clear.
I encourage my students to ask questions and actively participate in the learning process, because I believe that active learning is the best way to learn something new. Being an active participant in the educational process is a great habit to have and apply in literally all walks of life. Depending on the level of the student, different principles apply. For example, students in the middle level and above should be provided with deeper expressions as well as alternatives to them. There are always several ways to say something. Universality of speech is recommended in any field of activity. With lower level students I try to make everything simple, easy to understand and understand. So in short: versatility, simplicity, minimalism and speed.
I try to occupy myself in my free time. I love cooking, going to the gym, taking care of my spice garden, taking care of my pets (cows, pigs, chickens) and pets, but I also like to play computer games and watch YouTube videos related to them . in my interest. I am sure that in time I will be able to help you improve your level of knowledge and achieve your desired goals. Thanks to hard work and dedication, everything is possible and achievable. The only way to fail is to surrender. Fortunately, surrender is not part of my vocabulary.
