Ivan

My name is Ivan Scriven. I am a native English speaker living in a sunny seaside village. I have studied Computer Programming and work Personal Fitness Trainer. I am currently studying to be a bookkeeper. I became and online teacher to broaden my teaching field, from face to face lessons to online lessons. I love watching people set goals and reach them, benefitting from the hard work that they put in. Being part of that process brings me great joy. I am a people’s person and love meeting people from all walks of life.

I believe that learning a language should be fun, exciting and yet serious where it needs to be. We laugh together and we learn together. I follow the principal of the 3 p's: Practice, Practice, Practice! As I love sports and the outdoors, most of my free time is invested in fresh air, sunshine and the beach. When the weather is terrible, to the TV and books I turn.
