Hi. Welcome to Skyeng! My name is Teresa Reyes. You can call me Trixie. I graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Chemistry. I took my Masters in Education in the same University. I am a very sociable person, but I do enjoy my alone and quiet time. I love to travel to different places and learn about different cultures. I used to work as a Financial Analyst in an international bank until I felt a calling to teach and serve others. I wanted to become a teacher to take part in other people’s journey into learning.  I started teaching preschool in 2012. Through the years, I slowly focused on teaching the English language and went from classroom-based teaching to the online platform. I was able to teach teenagers, and then adults. I had the privilege to teach not only Filipinos, but also Chinese and Koreans. I enjoy teaching so much, not just because it is fulfilling to share my knowledge to others, but also because I learn a lot from my students too. Learning happens in every way, every day if one can keep an open mind. I believe that I can help you achieve your goals in learning the English language and maximize your full potential.  I can’t wait to meet you in class. Until then, let the learning begin!
